Good Earth Outfitters in Cornucopia, WI I would recommend this to anyone in the area.
This was an excellent experience. The reservation process was so easy. There is a cute gift shop to shop while waiting for our boat tour. They had great jewelry options at really good prices; there were T-shirts, candles and all kinds of variety. I would make a trip to this little store even if I weren't going on a boat ride. I plan to do a little gift shopping before leaving the area.
I was a little nervous about being on a boat, Captain Mike made us feel totally safe. He shared all kinds of history about the area. He was able to give us a ton of information about rock formations, plants and Lake Superior. It is obvious that he loves his job and loves the area.
Mike was able to get the boat right into the caves. He even pointed out some of the best photo opportunities. I am so glad we didn't choose one of the big companies and big tour options. I would recommend this tour and specifically this tour company, to everyone.
I would do this tour again. I would tell anyone thinking about a similar boat tour... stop looking. Go with Mike and Good Earth Outfitters. Mike was all about keeping us safe and making sure we were having a great time.
